Absolutely fantastic customer service and honest auto repair. I'm not from the area, only in town for a work assignment, and had a drive belt start to shred. Fairly minor, but between working extremely long hours and not being familiar with any local auto repair places, particularly for my VW diesel, I was a little stressed about getting it taken care of while I was at work and where to take it. I called Erik, and he squeezed me in on short notice, I was able to arrange having the tow truck drop it off without being present, got the belt taken care of, plus an oil change and new cabin filter, all for a very reasonable price. No fuss, no hassle, no trying to sell me on repairs that I didn't really need - as another reviewer said, he prioritizes what needs to be taken care of and is very honest. Highly recommend for all your European import needs!

Gone here several times. Erik is my go to guy when my VW needs anything. He even answers all of my pestering questions with a smile on his face!! If you have a European whip, there is no place better.
