I purchased a used Audi A8L and had Erik's complete full diagnostics, safety inspection, service transmission, engine, rear differential, cabin filter, and brakes and rotors (important to note: Erik's maintains updated software required for my car). I could not have been happier! Erik did not try to replace parts that did not need it yet, or attempt to adjust my sensors or camera that were faulty. His software picked up the issue and he appropriately directed me to a dealership. Took car to Audi Seattle (highly recommend) for camera and suspension alignment and was advised they have Erik's as preferred partner...PERFECT!! Thanks Erik, your shop performance, and follow-up was awesome!!

Erik and his team are very professional. They do honest work at the speed that they are capable of. I will never go anywhere else for service if he is still in business. He has opened a very good auto repair shop and I wish him well.
